Our 1-2-1 PT sessions can take place at PureGym Bournemouth The Triangle . These sessions are designed to cater to your specific needs and goals, ensuring a personalised approach to your fitness journey. Also, we offer trilingual sessions, including Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

Pay As You Go:

1-2-1 PT | £35 / Hour

Group PT (2-3 pax) | £25 p/person respectively

1 x Session per week - £130 per month (£32.5 per session)

        2 x Sessions per week - £240 per month (£30 per session)

  3 x Sessions per week - £360 per month (£30 per session)

The consultation is to let us gather information about your goals, health history, and specific needs. We offer consultations either face-to-face or through a phone call, depending on your preference.

Physical and Fitness Assessment

Understanding where you are on your fitness journey is crucial for progress. We conduct a thorough fitness assessment, considering your current fitness level, body composition, and specific goals. This assessment helps us create a personalized program tailored to your unique needs and aspirations. We conduct assessments every 10 weeks to ensure your program remains effective and to track your progress accurately. By staying up-to-date with your condition, we can continue to support you in achieving optimal results.

Initial Dietary Analysis

Prior to your first session, we value the importance of understanding your dietary habits. As a new client, we will ask you to complete a 3-day food diary. We will assess your current diet and determine your specific caloric needs. Additionally, this assessment will provide insights into areas that may require improvement to better support your goals. During your first PT session, we will discuss these findings with you and provide guidance accordingly.

60 mins session

Our one-hour face-to-face sessions are designed to push your limits and maximise your results. Our experienced trainers will guide you through effective exercises, ensuring proper form and technique, while motivating and encouraging you every step of the way.

2 Days Home Workout Plan

To support your progress outside of our sessions, we offer two days of complimentary home workout plans. These plans are tailored to complement your in-person training and can be conveniently followed at home or in a gym facility. This ensures you have the resources and guidance to stay active and continue progressing towards your fitness goals.

Fitness Journal (Session Log)

We are dedicated to providing you with a complete record of your PT sessions. we will track and document every exercise performed, the weights used, and your perceived exertion (RPE) during each session. We will also highlight your significant achievements and milestones to showcase your progress. As part of our service, you will receive a detailed session log, enabling you to review and reflect on your workouts. This personalised record is a valuable resource that will keep you motivated and well-informed as you strive towards your fitness goals.

Weekly Check-ins

Each week, we have dedicated check-in sessions to monitor and assess your progress. During these sessions, we will provide valuable feedback on your exercise form by reviewing recordings of your exercises. This allows us to ensure that you are performing the exercises correctly and making the most out of your workouts.

We understand that you may have questions or need support at any time during your fitness journey. That's why we offer the convenience of contacting your personal trainer via WhatsApp. Whether you have quick questions, need clarification on exercises, or require any guidance, our trainers are just a message away.
